Controversial installation on the Capital Savior Square is intended to make a real rainbow of water

After years of effort and controversy, the task to rebuild the Rainbow in the Savior's Square will yet be implemented. Councilman Jan Mencwel, however, has the thought that the installation should be even more unique and functional - he proposes that the "LGBT+ Luk" should be supplemented with a sprinkler strategy that will make a actual water rainbow on sunny days.
