Controversy around KPO. Sasin alerts the D.A., it's Donald Tusk

Jacek Sasin announced that he was making a notification to the D.A. about Donald Tusk's suspicion of committing a crime on the distribution of funds from the KPO. According to the Law and Justice Policy, the possible links of many beneficiaries of this programme to the political environment of the head of government are besides essential to investigate.

Jacek Sasin published in service X a announcement of a crime committed by public officials liable for having funds from National Reconstruction Plan (KPO), including supervision in the allocation of these measures.

The PiS associate accuses officers of exceeding their powers and failing to fulfil their duties, of acting against the public and private interest, and of causing crucial harm to the State Treasury.

As he stressed, "because of the scale of the irregularities detected and the deficiency of adequate actions after their disclosure (...) should first examine the state of cognition and actions taken by the Prime Minister Donald Tusk - in the performance of his duties under Article 148 of the Constitution of the Republic of Poland and the detailed provisions - so as to find whether a criminal offence has occurred on his part".

In part of the justification of the proposal, he besides added that the circumstances essential to analyse are besides the links of many KPO beneficiaries to the organization (and a broader government coalition) of Prime Minister Tusk.
