The effectiveness of the appointments given by president Karol Nawrocki for 229 asessors will find the granting of a countersignature by Prime Minister Donald Tusk – she stated in the resolution of the National Judicial Council published on Wednesday. The case sparked another installment of a deep legal dispute at the interface of the Presidential Palace, the government and the Constitutional Court, putting the position of hundreds of fresh jurisprudences in Polish courts in question.
