Constitutionalist: The oath of judges of the Constitutional Tribunal before the president is simply a custom, not a request of law

The president does not have the competence to “take” or “take” a vow in the sense of decision-making. The condition is that the content of the vowing rota, together with information on the vower's identity, should be communicated to the head of state.
