In another countries people are curious in different things, and we are mainly curious in the constitution. It is said that in trams passengers no longer talk about traffic jams, but about constitutional competences of state authorities, with peculiar emphasis on the Constitutional Court and the President.


Tomasz Olbratowski tries to explain the confusion about the judge's vows. The president did not take his vows, so the justice made them in the Sejm, to the president, who nevertheless was not. It's kind of like going to your own wedding without your fiancée, saying yes, and saying you're married.
