No more selling alcohol from 1 January 2026. The Sejm is working on restrictions on night selling

In the Sejm, work is underway to introduce a national ban on the sale of alcohol at night. 2 variants are considered: from 21:00 to 9:00 or from 22:00 to 6:00. The restrictions were originally to enter into force before May, but it is now known that this deadline will not be met. The ban would cover retail sales, including at fuel stations.
