The task assumes an work to install elevators in public utility buildings having 2 or more floors, in collective housing buildings having 2 or more floors and multi-family dwellings having 3 or more floors. Regulations apply to the building for which design, construction, reconstruction or change of usage takes place.
This does not mean that all four-story blocks without elevators will abruptly start to be reworked. If a multi-family residential building with 3 or more floors does not have an elevator and will not be rebuilt, the manager will not be required to install an elevator in it.
