No more chaining dogs! The Sejm passed the bill

"In a year, in the fall of 2026, chains will be illegal," says MEP Małgorzata Tracz. In favour of the amendment of the Act on the Protection of Animal Rights, which prohibits keeping dogs trapped, there was not only the ruling coalition, but besides part of the PiS – including Jarosław Kaczyński.
