No more mobbing at work? The minister wants a change

The Minister of Family, Labour and Social Policy Agnieszka Dziemianowicz-Bąk submitted a bill to the Standing Committee of the Council of Ministers to better defend workers from mobbing. The fresh rules simplify and clarify the definition of this phenomenon.
