No more hiding home prices. The government portal is about to change. Isn't it besides late?

The government wants to “arm” the DOM portal. According to the Ministry of Development, this will end with hiding housing prices. But there is simply a problem. The portal will have fresh opportunities since 2027, but on the marketplace all prices from 13 February are no secret. Until now, only private individuals and independent social organisations have published them.
