No more paperwork for companies? Government is preparing a major change in de minimis aid

No more work to supply certificates and statements concerning the de minimis aid previously received – specified a solution is simply a proposal for an amendment of the Act, to be addressed by the Council of Ministers on Tuesday. The change is intended to make it easier for entrepreneurs to apply for support.
