The dream of Intel's mill in Poland is over. The Giant yet withdraws from the investment

Intel mill in Poland was to be a large hope for our economy and a step towards a more dynamic improvement of fresh technologies. Indeed, the past time is as appropriate in this case, due to the fact that the company withdrew from this investment. What were the technological motives of the giant and could the Polish government have done something to save it?
