End of RTV subscription – from 1 January 2026 the fee is due to disappear. For everyone, without exception

The parliament will consider a bill to remove RTV's subscription fees altogether. According to the proposal, this work would expire on 1 January 2026. According to KRRiT data for 2024, only somewhat over 38% of households registered their receivers, of which only 32% actually pays the subscription. The liquidation of the RTV subscription is intended to carry out a government promise to abolish this fee.
