End of 800 plus and 13th and 14th retirement? Petition already in the Sejm

The Sejm received a petition that could shake Polish finances and social system. The author of the paper demands the abolition of individual income taxation in exchange for the immediate abolition of programs "800 plus" and "13." and "14." pensions. Petition argues that this solution is neutral for the budget, while being fairer and more common. Although the government is presently not working on this issue, the proposal has sparked a loud debate on the bureaucracy and the real effectiveness of social programmes.
