There has been a dispute between the government and the Episcopate over the organization of spiritual lessons at school for respective months. We had regulations of the Ministry of National Education – 1 on the anticipation of merging classes erstwhile there are few; the another on the limitation of the number of spiritual hours per week to one. We had episcopal protests that took the form of complaints to the Constitutional Court.
