We are in the phase of arm wrestling between 2 units of executive authority - said prof. Ewa Łętowska in "Facts after Facts" in TVN24, referring to the conflict between president Karol Nawrocki and Donald Tusk's government. She added that "this dispute will not be settled by legal means".
