These organisations, although formally separate, accept the leading function of the Communist organization of China and participate in the political strategy through the People's Political Consultative Conference of China (NKKCh).

The gathering heard opinions and suggestions on the economical situation in 2025 and on the tasks for 2026. The consultation meeting, with representatives of democratic parties, the leadership of the Chinese Federation of manufacture and Trade and representatives of non-partisan groups, led Xi Jinping – president of the People's Republic of China and at the same time Secretary-General of the Central Committee of the Communist organization of China. The leader in his speech indicated that the foundations and long-term trend of the favourable improvement of the Chinese economy are constant. The politician considers that all forces should engage in strengthening confidence, taking advantage and facing challenges to consolidate and grow the trend of unchangeable and affirmative economical improvement of the People's Republic of China.
Democratic organization proposals in China for 2026
Li Qiang – Prime Minister of the People's Republic of China, under the authority of the Central Committee of the Communist organization of China presented information on economical activity in 2025 and outline of assumptions for 2026. Representatives of democratic parties and non-partisans accepted the economical situation assessment presented by the Central Committee of the Communist organization of China and the planned actions in 2026. The proposals were proposed, among others. optimization of industrial deployment, expanding the supply of advanced quality products and services, Education, discipline and human resources reforms, expanding home demand, improving the wellness system, developing high-level opening, promoting quality employment and strengthening the cultural strength of the state.

At the end of the consultation meetings, with representatives of democratic parties, the leadership of the National Federation of manufacture and Trade and non-partisans, Mr Xi Jinping, president of the People's Republic of China and at the same time the Secretary-General of the Central Committee of the Communist organization of China, who stated that the participants had highly assessed economical activity in 2025 and made constructive proposals for the 2026 tasks to be thoroughly analysed and taken into account.
The Chinese leader pointed out that during the 2025s the central committees of democratic parties, the All-China Federation of manufacture and Trade and the non-partisans actively analysed the integration of technological and industrial innovation, the overall expansion of home demand, and performed democratic environmental surveillance in the Yangtze basin. They kept making comments and proposals on key and hard issues in economical and social development, providing the Central Committee of the Communist organization of China with crucial guidance for making the right decisions. On behalf of the Central Committee, Xi Jinping – president of the People's Republic of China and at the same time the Secretary-General of the Central Committee of the Communist organization of China expressed his thanks to all participants.
