Municipal Election Commission in Żabno pursuant to Article 408(3) of the Act
of 5 January 2011 Electoral Code (OJ 2023.2408 tj) on the basis of registration
A list of candidates in a municipal council election shall, by lot, delegate to registered lists of candidates a list which does not fulfil any of the conditions laid down in Article 409 of the Act of 5 January 2011. Electoral Code.
The drawing of the letter numbers will take place on 15 March 2024 (Friday)
at 10 a.m. at the Commission – Municipal Office in Żabno, ul. Władysława Jagiełła 1, Wedding Hall under Art. 410 § 7 of the Electoral Code.
Information on the number of candidates allocated will be provided immediately
to be made public by posting information at the office of the committee and including the Public Information Bulletin of the Municipal Office in Żabno.
