Who is disturbed by sirens in honor of Warsaw Uprisings?

Would a minute howling of sirens be specified a trauma to the Ukrainians? Or would it be more comforting to show that they are surviving present in a country that has not given up in conflict and has risen from the ruins than avoiding the subject of war?
