Compromising the Court prof. Tusk

According to my humble (licensional) legal assessment, I dare say that prof. Marcin Matczak, a lecturer in the law of the University of Warsaw, frequently commenting on the current political situation in our country, does not meet the standards of legal knowledge.

Having regard, of course, primarily to the inherent predispositions to being a scientist and the educational basis required to decently realize the law established in Poland, in social, economical and geostrategic realities, the attitude of this law lecturers, his individual observations do not keep up with another specified complementary lectures for public use, which are sometimes presented by more educated experts of the subject.

Inaccurate knowing of the law, that is besides with political elements and accents, without the required predispositions and appropriate education, in academic command (and in the law itself) does not exist. Hence, the conclusion that in political discourse specified façade human activity with the technological title of a professor, professionally associated with the education of legal attitudes, is simply a farce.

When explaining the concept of farce itself, a number of features of this word should be indicated: It is simply a genre of comedy based on absurd, improbable situations, trivial conflicts, exaggerated characters and superb humour, frequently containing elements of satire, parody or grotesque, whose aim is to evoke laughter in the viewer. Farsa may besides mean something reckless, ludicrous or stupid, as well as an inept action resembling a theatrical performance. - To Wikipedia.

For the purposes of this column, I let myself to indicate the second meaning of farce as something I don't know., given the fact that the public speech of Prof. Matczak took place in the information program polsatnews.pl, entitled “I am disappointed”. Prof. Matczak on the Pegasus committee.

Let the mention point be a fragment of Prof. Matczak's statement, on the first question that occurred at the beginning of the conversation:

Lead editor: – Zbigniew Ziobro detained, brought before the Pegasus committee of inquiry, and despite any perturbation, however, does he attest to the question, do you consider it a success of Ziobra, a success of the commission, a success of the state, or a failure of the state?

Prof. Matczak: – You know that the committee managed to bring the individual who wants to interview, any success is (right?) that it shows that any mechanisms work, I am talking especially with any specified emphasis on the enthusiasm of this success, due to the fact that I am mostly disappointed by the activities of the committee – this committee – and even the institutions specified as committees.

It seemed to me after all this, erstwhile for 10 years the Polish state and the Polish society were constantly attacked with information about crimes, terrible crimes by... against the regulation of law and the law, that these crimes could be shown, but clever, I would say, communication manipulations, specified as, for example, doing today... so that manipulation for me was to make a kind of circus, I do not know, to me, to present from all this flight of Zbigniew Ziobra to Poland and bring before the committee.

In fact, specified clever manipulations are the following message to Poles: This is simply a show, this is expected to be so comic – this is simply a burqa – and so it is not a serious settlement, but this settlement, in my opinion, is needed due to the fact that present is simply a individual being questioned, who, according to my best opinion as a lawyer, individual who deals with institutions and law, destroyed the Polish state, simply destroyed the judiciary and the state, and at the same time was involved.

And today, as I realize it, he admitted that he truly decided to acquisition software, which is the biggest violation of human rights after 1989 in Poland.

I do not know whether it is the passing of time, or whether the level of education in higher education has a decisive impact on this kind of ridiculous and foolish presentation of its point of view. That was said by an organization and legal lawyer.

Let's look at this blurry image from a more rational side: The same acquisition by the Polish judiciary (behind the regulation of Zbigniew Ziobro in the function of ms/pg) of the electronic strategy for operational listening, commonly called Pegasus, it is an thought much safer than the invention of Kalashnikov, due to the fact that it is completely not life-threatening; it is little costly and not as deadly to the population growth as the action of early-porn pills.

It is not as sinister and harmful to the intellectual wellness of a school kid as it is in the case, implemented into the school program by Minister Nowacka, wellness education. Is it so appropriate, from a legal point of view, for the interest and safety of the state and society to be taken from the hands of this strategical goal of dealing with the Vatov mafias, drug trafficking, with the recognition of dangerous criminals, only under the threat of questioning by the committee of enquiry for Pegasus?

Let's get 1 thing clear, in our political reality, 2 horses have invaded each other: The most unpredictable due to the fact that acting on a rhyme is simply a Trojan horse, in Greek mythology known from The Sieges of Ancient Troy. The opposite, the form of a Trojan horse, turned out to be a horse with wings as Pegasus (Lac. Pegasus).

This white horse with wings is simply a symbol of poetic inspiration.

After 1989 (the Trojan horse) is an omnipresent tool of pro-German economical diversion in the territory of the Polish state. That's why it's very recent. Pegasus, in the form of a very effective operational eavesdropping tool, it is not a military trickery, but a management of a situation threatening the safety of the state in strategical areas.

Let's not be afraid to say, Pegasus, in the form of software utilized for operational eavesdropping, this tool has changed the existing reality of falsehood and lies in the structures of the state and in the decision-making circles; it exposed the mockery strategy of government of the state institutions – this camouflaged game of appearances in restoring the regulation of law, in the justice strategy in Poland, according to standards of EU Commissioner (Holendra) Frans Timmermans, associated with the corruption scandal at lobbying for Green Deal.

The effort by prof. Matczak to settle Ziobry at all costs contradicts academic law, and the sense of law in general brings to an inactive, lateral track with bent rails up. In another words, erstwhile entering politics' shoes, prof. Matczak himself tries to get into the belly of a Trojan horse. On a race, he doesn't truly know how this device moves in reality, who controls it from the inside.
