The Committee on Visa Affairs has adopted almost unanimously my evidence proposals to examine the appropriateness of the adoption of the Aid Act Ukraine in a way that allows for uncontrolled and mass influx of Ukrainians to Poland. — Call as a witness and interrogation:
• Maciej Wąsik, Secretary of State at the Ministry of the Interior and Administration liable for the bill on assisting Ukrainian citizens in connection with the armed conflict in the territory of that State.
• Katarzyna Kruk, Deputy manager of the Department of global Affairs and Migration in the Ministry of the Interior and Administration, maintainer of the substantive draft law on assistance to Ukrainian citizens.
• Michał Bleszyński, manager of the Department of Migration Law at the Office for Foreigners
• Jarosław Szajner, Head of Foreigners Office from 2019 to 2024.
