The European Commission is suing Poland. EC: Poles cannot fight in court for better air quality

On Wednesday, the European Commission filed a suit against Poland before the Court of Justice of the European Union, accusing it of obstructing access to courts in air quality matters. According to the EC, Poland did not warrant citizens the chance to challenge the breach of permissible air contamination standards before national courts.
