On Wednesday, the European Commission informed the EU Court of Justice of its complaint to Poland and 4 another EU countries for not implementing the Digital Services Act (DSA). Poland has not appointed a Digital Services Coordinator and has not given him powers to execute DSA-related tasks, the Commission has stated.
