The Digital Commission has dealt with the draft budget law for 2026.

According to [Legalis C.H. Beck](https://legalis.pl/budget-2026-object-work-sejmu/), in the government task [budget act at 2026](https://www.sejm.gov.pl/Sejm10.nsf/print.xsp?nr=1749) year and in the accompanying draft law on peculiar solutions supporting its implementation, it is foreseen that the gross of the state budget will amount to PLN 647.2 billion, while the expenditure will amount to PLN 918.9 billion. The maximum budget deficit was set at PLN 271.7 billion. The first reading of these projects took place on 9 October 2025 at the session of the Polish Parliament.
