Digitisation Commission adopted legislature amendments to the DSA implementing law

Last week, the legislature passed a bill implementing the DSA along with amendments. They afraid in peculiar the abolition of the immediate enforceability of certain decisions, the extension of the list of persons under responsibility, and the clarification of the rules for blocking the content of criminal offences.
