Colombia condemns the explosions in Caracas. Petro calls for an OPA and a UN

Colombia's president Gustavo Petro condemned the attack on the capital city of Venezuela, Caracas, and called for the immediate convening of an OEA meeting. As a non-permanent associate of the UN safety Council, Colombia besides requests a session of this organisation to measure the "international legality" of the alleged attack attributed to the US.
