Falling empires have it against each another that they leave behind disputes and border conflicts. This is due to the fact that the external and interior boundaries set by these empires do not correspond to the cultural, civilizational and economical conditions of the peoples in their areas. They are artificially plotted on maps and service – or more specifically: served – the needs of the rulers of these empires.
