Another Prime Minister's associate resigned

Tim Allan, manager of public communications for British Prime Minister Keira Starmer, resigned his post. The day before, this decision was made by the Chief of Staff of Downing Street, Morgan McSweeney. He reported that he took work for recommending Peter Mandelson to be the UK Ambassador to the United States.
