What we watched in the Sejm in the form of a parody of swearing 6 elect judges to the TK, in the presence of a notary without the President, was another shameful mockery from the Constitution, under the supervision of Marshal Czarzasty, under the orders of absent Prime Minister Donald Tusk. In disregard of the law, the KO-alition has been showing off constantly since its swearing in on 13 December 2023.
They're systematically adjusting us to further criminal activities, including only some, due to the fact that to name them all, it most likely wouldn't be adequate space:
1. Force acquisition of tv inactive in the alleged ‘disbanding’
2. Breaking into the office of the National lawyer Barski with the blocking of his place of work and the appointment in his place of the illegal Prosecutor of National Corneluk 3. No publication of TK 4 judgments. Blocking the cadency continuity of the TK without appointing fresh judges of elects for vacant posts for 2 years. 5. The annulment of final judgments under presupposed allegations of neo-judges
6. Breaking into the seat of the KRS with stealing papers from the offices of disciplinary spokespersons of judges
7. Restoring unlawfully, by regulation, for criminal formation of SBs, privileged pensions.
The counsel with the oath before the notary of 6 judges of the elects in the Sejm covered further short-term acts of lawlessness, including the resignation of the zero percent version of SAFE, which could have prevented further debt of the state, against the proposed SAFE with variable interest, which would have doubled the repayment of the loan.
