Another city in Poland wants a subway. Work is due to begin in 5 years!

The plans to build a subway in Krakow take real shape. The Vice president of the city, Prof. Stanisław Mazur, in an interview with RMF24 declared that the metro in the capital of Małopolska was not a luxury, but a necessity. He besides stressed that the tunnels would be located rather deep, at a level of about 15-20 meters, to defend the historical urban tissue from excessive interference.
