Two months before the deadline, a major renovation of the Avenue of the Side Soldier and the Street of the Pogodna ended. The effects are visible to the bare eye. There's no sign of inequality on the road. They were replaced by a completely fresh surface. The dogs have gained the passages and are more safe now. Lighthouses with led lights are besides helping. Passengers of urban buses will shortly usage new, convenient stops. The full scope of work was done in just six months. The renovation cost over PLN 3,800,000. The city won nearly PLN 2,700,000 of backing from the Government Road improvement Fund. At the end of this or at the beginning of next year, a light-signalling contractor should be selected, which will stand at the intersection of the Soldier's Avenue and Side Soldier's Avenue.
