Another night, another refinery on fire. Ukraine introduces kinetic sanctions

On the night of Wednesday on Thursday, Ukrainian drones hit Russian oil installations again in the Leningrad region. This time they caused a powerful refinery fire in the city of Kirish, almost 800 km from the border of Ukraine. Experts say Russian oil exports were reduced by 30–40 percent as a consequence of erstwhile attacks.
