The Financial Supervision Commission (KNF) took decisive steps in relation to suspicious transactions of shares in Energi SA, demanding that brokerage and cash accounts of persons identified in the case be blocked. Let us recall, on 10 November 2025, the share price of the company increased by about 17% with unnaturally advanced turnover, without visible marketplace reasons or company communications. It was not until 26 November that Orlen SA announced a call for shares after 18.87 PLN, which could bring profits to buyers.
