It consists of a unique combination of the arrogance of power with the fatal deficiency of curiosity of opponents. The leading members of Trzaskowski's group inactive seem to be guided by the belief that they have the exclusive right and competence to rule, and that the consequence that prevents it is simply a pathological deviation from the norm.
