Warsaw City Hall is in chaos. Jacek Wiśnicki – Vice president of the Polish capital 2050 – announced his resignation. The reason was the decision of Rafał Trzaskowski to retreat a task of night Prohibition covering the full city and replace it with a facade – as Wiśnicki estimated – pilot limited only to Śródmieście and Prague-North.
