KO's losing the president. Agnieszka Rupniewska appealed in referendum

The inhabitants of Zabrza decided in Sunday's referendum to cancel the president of the city of Agnieszka Rupniewska. The referendum on the cancellation of the city council is invalid due to besides low attendance – according to data obtained by PAP in the Municipal Appeal Commission.
