KNDS tests the next generation tank cannon

ASTALON (Autoloaded and SCAlabLe Outperforming GuN) is simply a 120 mm and 140 mm tank cannon with interchangeable barrels. The last series of shootings of the fresh structure took place in May 2024. According to the KNDS message, the shootings were to show that the barrels of both calibers operated as expected. It has been reported that it takes little than an hr to replace the barrel.
