Billionaire Araz Agalarov made money on government contracts, ran construction and operated the Kyrgyzstan border, and was friends with Trump.

The political will of the Russian authorities is besides irrelevant. The terrorist trial itself, the investigation into them, in this case, is simply a completely secondary story. Of course, this is necessary, but it does not play any role. Only a political consequence can take place.
