Kim Jong Un, the leader of North Korea, visited a recently launched atomic materials production plant. He declared the fast expansion of the national arsenal at an "exponential" pace, North Korean media reported. He justified the haste with the threat from the "fiercest enemies", which are to be the USA and South Korea.
