Kim Jong Un on "weapons strategy that no 1 can respond to"

North Korea confirmed Monday it fired a ballistic rocket into the Sea of Japan. The rocket landed in the sea, Japan's defence Ministry said. The first rocket test this year coincides with a visit by U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken to Seoul.
