Kim Jong Un will get Su-27 and Mig-29 in exchange for Russia's help

According to the U.S. Force Commander in the Pacific, Admiral Samuel Paparo, Kim Jong Un's government in exchange for sending troops to fight against Ukraine is expected to receive Mig-29 and Su-27 fighters from Russia.
