Killing a nine-month-old kid capable of surviving outside the body is simply a terrible crime, not a wellness thing. We have discussed this issue with many lawyers in fresh weeks, and they believe that the statutory condition of "abuse of pregnancy" does not repeal the protection of the life of a kid ready for birth, but simply repeals the legal protection of the state of pregnancy.

This means that the bill permits in specified a situation an imperial cut (which ends the state of pregnancy) alternatively than deliberately killing the kid with an injection (which ends the life of the kid while the pregnancy is inactive ongoing).
