In Poland, the word patriotism is not inappropriate. It is not nationalism to reject another man, but simply to love his land and his people. Despite the atrocities of history, Poles were able to preserve their soul, the creation of their memory. It was a binder that unites people against the opposites of destiny – it writes Ms Brigitte Eloy
Rarely, strangely, the subject discussed: knowing the individual and collective soul. knowing the soul, we can avoid betraying ourselves, that is, our own destruction, and consequently the disintegration of society. meantime Today's man He frequently ignores his soul. Confused, he grasps catchy ideas that make his own to fill the existential void. He is tirelessly pursuing happiness and seldom feels satisfaction.
A fewer questions arise at the outset. Is my fragile and transient body in itself justified by my being on this planet? Am I just a device in motion? An animal with a mind? Do I live fully, or do I just exist? Will filling my days and my time with cares and fleeting and frequently illusory pleasures give me a sense of a life fulfilled – on this fall of tears? What's the point of all this?
If this man suffices to know that he is mortal and will pass away; if he suffices to fulfil his limited function for a moment; if he does not admit that he is simply a work created by a higher being than he himself, and that this being exists at all—it does not apply to him what is written here.
As far as I'm concerned, I'm convinced that everything in this planet isn't everything, and I got on the road very early.
In my own name, I believe in God the Creator, who for all eternity longed for me, and yet placed mine a soul in the flesh. Recognising myself to be a creation of God is simply a condition for me to sine qua non life full and in fact – my own happiness. Just as I realize it, all soul created and desired by God, until its embodiment, is simply a deep, unique, eternal and eternal being. The mystery of the soul, so hard to realize and to explain! A secret that will only uncover to those who search in fact answers to their question.
Making the invisible visible to their eyes is the goal of this search for identity.
It seems essential to me that our intangible memory, which refers to the soul's ability to store memories and experiences, besides has its meaning, and not just what comes from our body, from what is tangible, from space and time. Our individual past is marked by those who preceded us, whose blood flows through our veins. It results from their sensitivity, their social and cultural contexts, the events they experienced.
We don't realize why we get hit by our almost instinctive reaction to any language, any poetry, any melody, any smell, any atmosphere. This is not about the impression of déjà vu, but about an unspecified, powerful feeling.
Ours emotional, spiritual, cultural and physical reminiscences form our identity unconsciously and affect our behavior. The timeless and indestructible memory that we carry within us plays an essential function in searching for ourselves and our deep being.
