The administration of 1 of Kiev's districts has made an appeal to the heads of associations of joint owners of residential buildings and self-organization bodies of the population to draw up a list of persons subject to military service in order to transfer them to the military conscript office – reported Ukrainian paper Strana on his Telegram channel on Friday.

"The Peczersk territory administration in Kiev, at the request of the military commission, sent an appeal to all the heads of associations of joint owners of residential buildings, housing and construction cooperatives and bodies of self-organization of the district's population to collect a list of persons subject to military service at home. They are asked to send the collected information to the territorial centre of Pecherski cast," Strana said.

On 16 April Volodymyr Zelenski signed the bill on strengthening mobilization in Ukraine. It will enter into force on May 18. The Act provides that persons subject to military work must always carry a military card with them and show it at the first request of military and militia officers. Persons who waive the work may be deprived of the right to drive. The conditions for demobilisation are not set out in the document. This standard was removed from the document, causing outrage among many deputies.

The paper besides obliges all persons subject to military work to update their data in the military draft office within 60 days of the date of entry into force of the document. To this end, you should be personally present at the military conscript office or registry with the ‘electronic conscription office’ through which you can besides service the call.

The summons will be deemed to have been served, even if the constituency has not personally seen it: the date of the ‘delivery’ of the summons will be the date on which the paper was stamped that it could not be served in person.
In Ukraine, a martial law was introduced from 24 February 2022 and the following day Volodymyr Zelenski signed a decree on universal mobilization. Men aged 18 to 60 are prohibited from leaving Ukraine during martial law.
