Kielce: First implementation contract for the supply of Lightning

The Agency of Armoury and Mesko signed on Friday during the MSPO the first executive agreement for a framework contract worth over PLN 8 billion for the supply of portable anti-aircraft Piorun rocket kits.

The contract value is about PLN 3 billion. Deliveries for the Polish Army are planned for 2026-2030.

The contract includes the transportation of respective 1000 missiles and PTZR Piorun launch mechanisms. The contract besides covers a logistics and training package and will be financed by the EU SAFE.

This is the first implementing agreement for the framework agreement signed on 24 August in Skarżysko-Kamienna between the Treasury – the Armed Forces Agency and Mesko S.A.
