At the gathering with Fr Prof. JAROSŁAW WĄSOWICZE, chaplain of the president of Poland, held in the theatre hall of the St. The gathering was preceded by Holy Mass in the intention of the Homeland.
The lecture by the Professor, Archbishop Antoni Baraniak SDP, made him aware, reminded what communism was. What methods they utilized to usage to break a man, to destruct a church, to destruct a community by undermining the credibility of pastoralists.
Archbishop Antoni Baraniak (1904-1977), Salesian, chaplain and secretary of 2 large primates of Poland: Augustin Hlond and Stefan Wyszyński, whose destiny and way of priesthood was directed by the Lord God, as evidenced by the unimaginable coincidences of events, his abilities and work on himself, that the Primasi of Poland entrusted him with specified trusted functions. Arrested with the Primate Stefan Wyszyński in 1953 by the communist authorities of Poland, he was imprisoned in the Mokotów Police Arrest for 3 years and cruelly tortured by the safety Office. The pulling of nails from hands and legs, the karcer, did not break Fr. chaplain Antoni Baraniak to burden primate Stefan Wyszyński. The sources of documenting these events and telling them about them, as indicated by Fr Prof. Jarosław Wąsowicz, were pressing tears.
This gathering will be in our memory and will be an indication that acting for the good of another man, for the sake of Poland will prevail. So aid us God.
