Chamenei: The West would not halt us from building atomic weapons

A spiritual-political leader of Iran ajatollah Ali Chamenei said on Sunday that if Tehran wanted to build atomic weapons, the West would not have been able to halt him. He besides assessed that a atomic agreement with the West was acceptable, provided it did not change anything in the Iranian atomic industry.
