KFI: so the Polish government wants to professionalise the home capital market

To date, Polish VC fund managers had to choose between the rigid framework of the Closed Investment Fund (FIZ) and flexible but frequently unprecisely regulated alternate Investment Companies (ASI). The eligible Investment Fund is to be a 3rd road, geared to Western marketplace standards, known from Luxembourg or Ireland.
