U.S. peculiar Envoy to Ukraine and Russia Keith Kellogg called on Europe to be more courageous in consequence to Russian provocations. During the panel at the Warsaw safety Forum, the general argued that sometimes you request to "increase your level of hazard taking" - both political and military.
