Kazakhstan distances itself from Russia. Ban introduced

We are talking about people [spreading Putinist narratives](https://cyberdefence24.pl/cyberbezpieczenstwo/nowa-wojna-o-umysly-rosja-i-chiny-smielej-siegaja-po-narzedzia-wplywu), including the ideology of the Russian Mir.
